TABLE OF CONTENTS
There are three tabs on the Commission tab
- Company tab - used for the gross commission into the office
- List / Sell tab - used for how you want to allocate the commission in the office more
- Summary tab - a list of the entities on the sale
Company tab
This tab is used to process the company commission disbursement.
At the top is the amount of Commission (xGST or xVAT) being charge for the Sale
Referral Expense
Used if you are paying another company a share of the gross commission.
New Company
Use the + button to add a new Company
Any Referrals are paid in the same way that you pay your Agents, in the Clearing screen
Sale Deductions
Direct sale deductions -
Select from your pre-loaded Sale deductions. Sale deductions are loaded in Settings Company > Sales
After you have selected a deduction, you can override it here.
Gross Commission less any referral payment and sale deductions.
Balance of commission available for my company.
Commission Statement
By default, the Sale will invoice the Vendor's solicitor for the sale commission.
Sometimes you need to change who you are invoicing for the Sale commission.
This is often the case for Business sales where you may invoice the Business directly.
Select the Commission Statement edit button to change who you are invoicing for the sale commission. Example. the vendor directly.
Sale Notes
Free form box for any notes that you want saved against the sale.
Commission split
The company commission calculation.
This sets the percentage Listing Selling revenue split, how the commission is to be shared between agents and the office.
Your company default split will be loaded automatically for new sales.
