One of the first things you should do when getting started with OSL is create a shortcut on each device you use to access the program.

No one wants to type in a web address every time they want to open OSL. Creating a shortcut gives you quick, one-click access from your computer, phone or tablet.

If there is nothing else you do today, we recommend creating an OSL shortcut on the home screen or desktop of every device you use.

Create an OSL Shortcut on Your Computer

Start by going to the OSL Office login screen in your web browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Open the OSL Office login screen.
  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of Chrome.
  3. Select Cast, save and share.
  4. Select Create shortcut.
  5. Enter OSL Office as the shortcut name.
  6. Click Create.

An OSL Office shortcut will now be available from your computer.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open the OSL Office login screen.
  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of Edge.
  3. Select Apps.
  4. Select Install this site as an app.
  5. Enter OSL Office as the name.
  6. Click Install.

Create an OSL Shortcut on an iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the OSL Office login screen in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button.
  3. Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
  4. Enter OSL Office as the name.
  5. Tap Add.

The OSL icon will now appear on your Home Screen and can be opened just like an app.

Create an OSL Shortcut on an Android Phone or Tablet

  1. Open the OSL Office login screen in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Add to Home screen.
  4. Enter OSL Office as the name.
  5. Tap Add.

You can now open OSL directly from your Home Screen without having to enter the web address each time.
