Add a recent comparable sales to your Appraisal
Open your Appraisal and select the CMA tab.

Comparative sales
Click on the Comparative Sale tab - use the Search button to search for sales matching your property.
The Search for similar Sold listings will default to the property being Appraised; Suburb, category and bedroom count. If you want to make a wider search increase the categories, suburbs or remove the bedroom filter
Select the sales that you want to include in your CMA
The selected Sales will be added to your CMA recent sales tab.
Edit a Sale
After adding your sales you can add a comment about the Sale
Select the sale and click on the Edit button
On Market
include any currently available properties for sale that you know of.
Print CMA
Select the CMA report tab.
use the Edit button to select recommended marketing method for the property.
Add a comment to how you think the property should be marketed.
Select the Print button to create your CMA.
Use the Save & Finish to Save your CMA to the Appraisal Docs tab.
