People - Activity tab
The Activity tab is a very important tab as it records all of the activities and tasks that you have done or
will do for this contact.

New Activity
Click on the plus button to add a new Activity.
Automatic Activities
Many Activities are created automatically by the program for example ;
- When you send out an eNews campaign.
- Record an Open Home visitor
Use the activity tab to record what you have done in the past or the future for a Person.
When you have communication with a Contact in your database (example a phone call) you can add the Activity here.
Click Doing stuff Activity to learn more about Activities.
The green line indicates tasks due today, anything above the the green line is in the future.
Filter by date range
Change the Date Range to only view some Activities.
Show hide eNews & Finder
By default eNews and Finder activity is hidden
