Manual Sale
Sometimes you may need to create a Sale without a Listing. You can also create a Sale directly on the sales screen, this is also used for
- loading a Sale without a Listing (manual sale)
- or Adding a Referral Sale
Open the Sales menu and click on the New button to create a new Sale.
Select the manual option and enter the Sale details
- Listing type
- Category
- And enter the Address as you would for a Listing
Note. If Commercial make sure that you choose either For Sale or For lease
Then enter the Sale details.
All Sales should be connected to a Listing. (except a Referral Sale Commission) If the Listing is not already in Listings close and add the listing first.
