Sales > Agent Pay Deductions tab

If you are processing and managing your agent payments within OSL Office, you also have the ability to set up regular agent deductions.
These deductions can be automatically applied and will appear on the agent’s pay statement, helping you manage shared costs and office expenses in a clear and consistent way.
This is particularly useful for ongoing or periodic charges that need to be allocated across agents, ensuring transparency and reducing the need for manual adjustments each time payments are processed.
Examples of common deductions include:
- End-of-year Christmas party contributions
- Business cards and stationery
- Marketing or advertising costs
- Desk fees or office contributions
- Subscription or technology costs
By setting these up in advance, you can streamline your payroll process and ensure all deductions are applied accurately each time agent payments are calculated.
