You have three options when loading the Area for a Commercial listing, use the option that best suits how you want to manage your commercial listing database.

Simple 

When adding a new listing you can enter the total area available.

Building Areas

The building area section on the Listing Details tab allows you to enter a detailed breakdown of the areas available for the property being leased.

This option allows you to more accurately understand the property being marketed.

Enter the different area types available as well as the $per sqm rate for each of the areas.

Example: An Industrial factory.

30sqm Office space, 2,000 factory space, & 50sqm showroom

Click on the Add button to add each new area. When entering each area of the space available enter.

Use the Edit and delete button to Remove or change an Area.

Floor

e.g. Ground level, 1st , 2nd 

Type

Type of space e.g. Office, Mezzanine, Warehouse etc

Description

free text  – (optional)

Sqm

How big an area e.g. 50 sqm

$sqm

The dollar amount per Sqm – the price per sqm (optional)

The Total available Area will be calculated automatically from the total of all of the areas

Area Range

Another option is to enter the Floor Area Range

This option is used when you want to market your listing with an Area range.

Example 200sqm – 2,000 sqm of available space.

Click on the Edit button below the Areas grid to enter an area range.

Then click on the save button
