This is the new OSL knowledge base you can click on the Online help menu option.

When you find the topic that you want click on the full screen link to view the knowledge based article

Email OSL Support

Click on the Help menu > Email OSL support to send an email to our support desk. 

Remote Connect

Sometimes it is easier for both of us if we connect to your computer/device, so that we can see exactly what is happening on your screen.  Select the Help > Remote Connect option for us to connect to your computer.  Click here
