On the Listings details tab enter all of the information about the listing including bedrooms, carparks, chattels, interior and exterior features.

Apartment Price per sqm is calculated from the Listing current price divided by the total floor area. Can be used when comparing Apartments

- Local Authority - The local council authority
- Zoning - The local council zoning area for the property
- Rateable RV and RV year - Rateable value* and year
- Rates p.a. & Rates additional** local council per annum rates.
- Body Corp fees - For Apartments where there is a body corp fee
- Mortgagee Sale – use this option if the sale has been order by the vendors bank
*The Rateable value (RV) is sometimes called the CV (Capital Value) and refers to the value of the property set by councils and local authorities for the purpose of charging rates.
