This is where all Listing Activities can be found. 

Think of Activities as Actions or Tasks for your Listing

New Activity

Use the New  button to create a new Activity, edit an existing one, delete a task or mark a task as completed.

The Listing Agents will see all Activities (including those created by the Office admin staff)
Non Listing Agents can add their own Activities to your listing but can only see their own Activities.

!You can only edit the Activities that you have created..

Listings, Sales, Promotions and People all have an Activities tab

Website enquiry - auto

When you receive a website enquiry email it will automatically appear as an Activity on the listing Activity tab. 

Open Home Attendee - auto

All open home attendees will also appears automatically on the Listing Activity tab

Email marketing - auto

When you send out a email campaign with this listing , this will also appear on the listing Activity tab
