Listing Matching allows you to look for Buyers for a Property

Find Buyers for a Listing

Use this option to find all Buyers that match Listings in your database.

Enter the Listing ID or Address of the Listing that you want to find all potential buyers for, the details of the Listing will be displayed now click on the Match button.

Or open any Listing and Click on the Match button

Select your listing 

Listing details

The details of the listing will be displayed

You can remove any of the Listing targets or just click on the Match button

Buyers from

Only include Buyers that have been updated/edited from a date

Match Results

You can now see all of the matching Buyers for your listing

Green = A green icon means that this property feature matches your buyer target

Red = means that the buyer has this target but the current listing does not match

Star = means that this property match's all of the Buyer target requirements

The star indicates all buyer targets match

Select the Buyers that you want to email about this listing and then clcik on the eNews button more...
