Listing Document Library
Listing Documents are added from the program e.g. Flyers or you can upload your own documents e.g. Lim report,
Adding a Document
Use the Add button to add a document to your listing. Click on the Select Files... button and browse to the files that you want to upload.
Use the Library option to add a document from your company document library.
Or you can Drag your files to Drop files here to upload
You can add documents to aa Listing, Sale, Contacts & Promotions.
Private files
These are all documents that are not being made open to the Public on your office website.
Show to Agents
If you want your Doc to be available for OSL Agent users. will be able to view this document.
You can see if a Documents is available to your Agents by the Agent column.
Friendly Name
Sometimes you may want to change the name of your document. So you can also give your document a friendly Name.
Displaying property files on your website is only available for OSL hosted websites. (And the option must be turned on for your website.)
Property files on the Internet
You can set any of the Listing Documents to be displayed on your office website. So that visitors can download more information about your listing. These are called listing Property files.
Property files are a great way of collecting people to your contact database, when a visitor to your website wants to view a property file they must enter their contact details, and these will be added to your contacts data base as well as recorded as an Activity for the property.
How to display a property file on your website
- Select the document
- and select the Edit button.
- Check the box Show on Internet
Displaying listing Property Files on your website is only available on your OSL hosted websites (And this option must be turned on for your website)
Unavailable documents
Select this option if to mark the Doc as no longer in use. This will display the doc with a Horizontal line.
This is used when you no longer want a Doc/Flyer to be used, but you want to still want to keep a record of the Flyer
Invalid file names
The file names for your documents can’t contain any of these special characters: < > : “ / \ | ? * % $ ~
