Home page search options
The main use is for Search bar or ribbon on your website. If you office has a lot of listing then turn on the ability for visitors to filter the listings on your website
Smaller offices with low numbers of stock should just show all stock to visitors, only turn ON the filter options for bigger offices with a lot of stock.
Search results display options
Select the the options you want to give visitors to your website
Layout options
Select the template for how you want your listings displayed.
Listing icons
Do you want to display listing icons with each listing.
Ribbon Search Options
These settings control the search option on your website
What options to you want to display for the Advanced search page and Finder pages.
Website type - This is important make sure that the correct type is selected
Advanced Search options & Finder
These settings are used on the two template pages; Advanced search and the home finder page
Sold Listings
Do you want to display sold listing on your website?
Under Contract
If you want your Conditional listings to display as Under Contract select this option
This is not a popular option most clients and portal websites choose display Available and Conditional status listings as Available.
Display new label
The New listing label will be displayed if this option is selected.
Use your own labels
Display stickers or labels on your listings' , Sold, New, Open Home
