To add a new listing, open Listings and select the New button.

Commercial Listing category
Start typing the first few letters of the category type that you are looking for and the list will automatically display matching types.
For Lease or For Sale
The most important option for a Commercial listing is the listing For Lease or For Sale.
If you want your listing marketed as both For Lease & For Sale you will need to create a 2nd listing
Building Name
You can add the building where the property is for Lease or Sale.
Note; The listing Building is an optional column when view your listings.
Address
The Address for your listing. Start by typing the first few letters of the listing address in the Lookup Address box… then click on the Search button
When you see the correct address, use your mouse to select, and the address boxes will be automatically filled more...
Agency
Type of agency Sole or General. You can set your default agency type in Office settings.
Area
Floor area / Land area - enter the sqm area available more...
Market by
How are you marketing this listing by Price or No Price?
If the property is for Sale your will have more options
Market from
This is the price expectation or the price range that the listing will appear on the websites.
Display Price
This is the price display that the listing will appear on the websites.
Click on the Save button Done! Now all you have to do is fill out as much of the listing details that you need

Notes
- Listing ID - A new listing id will be auto created but if your office is manually entering Listing ID’s enter here
- All New Listings are saved status Pending. This is so that you can make sure that your listing has been completely entered before being marked Available or on the market. Many offices only administrator level users can change the status of a Listing to Available.
Commercial Listing status
All listings have a status, open your listing and click on the Edit button beside the listing status
Listing Status
O - Off Market – Listing has been taken off Market
P - Pending – Listing is not Available
A - Available – Listing is on market
C - Conditional – Listing has is Under Contract
U - Sold/Leased
W - Withdrawn
Filter Listings by status - You can filter which listings that you want to view by selecting the listing status checkbox.
Projects - Commercial users can use the projects options to link multiple listings to the one building.
