To add a new listing, open the listings page and select the + Listing button (bottom right of your screen)

Listing Type

Select the Listing type 

  • Residential
  • Commercial
  • Rural 
  • Business


You will only see the listing types that are set for your office in your Office Settings.


Listing Category

After selecting your listing type, you will need to select a category.

Each listing type has multiple listing categories.


Then select the listing category.

For example: Residential – House.

Notes

  • If your company is multi office and your access level is high enough you will see the select and office option here
  • Building Name - If your property is an Apartment or a Commercial listing you can also enter the Building name
  • Project - Only if your office has Projects turned ON more…

Address

Lookup the Address for your listing more...

Start by typing the first few letters of the listing address in the Lookup Address box then click on the Search button the program will lookup the address on Google then select the correct Address

Agency - Sole or General

Bedrooms - Bathrooms - Parking 

Market by - Price , Auction , Tender Deadline Sale, No Price more...

More listing details

To quickly load the basic details of your listing , you can enter the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and available parking and the listing price display.


Click on the Save button  Done! 

Now all you have to do is fill out as many listing details that you want to.

Status Pending 

Every New Listing is saved with the status Pending.  

When the Listing is ready to go live change the status to Available. 

Only Available listings are on the market. Pending listings allow you to make sure that your listing has been completely entered before being marked Available.

In many offices, only users with administrator-level can change the status of a listing to Available.

Notes

  • Different listing types will present different listing options. For example, a Residential listing is very different from a Commercial listing. 
  • There are 5 possible Listing types; Residential, Commercial, Rural, Business sales and Rentals You will only see the types available for your office.
  • The listing type will default to what your Listing Default type that you have set in your Profile.
