Use the Clearing menu to pay your salespeople.

Understanding the Clearing process.
Think of the Clearing account as your company trading or similar account. We use the word Clearing to indicate that the sale commission money is ready to be paid to your agents.
Money comes into this account once it has been released from the Trust account or directly from commission received into office.
Use the Clearing process to pay your agents and other companies, anyone who has been attached to a Sale.
What you can do in the Clearing screen
- Print a pro forma Agent pay statement
- Place commission for a Sale on Hold
- Pay agents and other companies
- Add Journals to an Agents pay
- recoup outstanding Advertising money from an Agents pay
- Make deductions against an Agents pay
Account groups
These are the entities that you can pay through Clearing. You can set these in Company Settings > Sales tab > Clearing tab
Your options include;
- Agents
- Other Companies (for referral sales etc)
- Your office
When all entities on a Sale have been paid your Sale will be automatically changed to Completed
Clearing details
Select an agent account that you want to pay and click on the Edit button
