This is where you can load Images and text that will be used on your Reports and when creating Flyers

Report/Flyer footer text

This section is displayed on system reports

Click on the edit button to change the information .

Use the Auto Create button to get you started, make sure that you limit to only 3 lines of text.

This image is used on the Tri-fold flyers and reports that are made to be sent to solicitors etc.

Size: 80mm x 20mm DPI: minimum 300dpi File format: jpg

Office Address Header 

This section is used for the Address header for Invoices, Receipts & statements

Sale Receipts, Statements, Invoices, Promotion Receipts & Statements


Note: If this box is blank then the report will produce its own version of the office details

Use the Auto Create button to get you started and then make further changes as required.


A4 Portrait

This is your A4 portrait Flyer images. These image are used on your A4 portrait flyers and brochures; this can be any image with your company logo and or contact details even with your photo.

A4 Landscape

Size: 287mm x 20mm - DPI: 300 - File format: jpg

This is your A4 Landscape Flyer images. These image are used on your A4 portrait flyers and brochures; this can be any image with your company logo and or contact details even with your photo.

Disclaimer 1 

Short version with a max of 2 lines. This is the short version use a maximum of two lines – used on brochures and flyers

DLE flyers

Report/Flyer Header and footer banner images used on the DLE size flyers.

Size: 200mm x 13mm - DPI: 150 - File format: jpg

An image that will be printed on the 2nd page of your DLE flyer

Font family - Select your preferred font; this font will be used on Flyers, Brochures, Buyer Guides and the Listing Client report.  Changing the Font will change all of the text on your report.


How to create your banner images

We will provide your office with a default set of images but you can use a design company to create your flyer header and footer images.

Open Photoshop or any image editing program and create a new file 200 mm x 20 mm with a minimum resolution of 300 pixels per inch. Then build your banner image. The Header and Footer banner images are the same size save as *.jpg

Custom Agent banner images 

By default these images will be available to all users and agents in your office. If An agent wants to use a different image they can upload their own in OSL Agent Live Settings > Print tab
