This is where you maintain your office Publications and Advertisements used in your Promotions or Vendor paid advertising.. Packages are also maintained here,

Manager your advertisements.

Publications

Before you can create a Promotion for a listing you must create your Publications and Advertisements.  A Publications can be your local paper, in-house, or digital marketing. Under each Publication enter each Advertisement

e.g. Publications;

  • Sydney Morning Herald
  • Northern Advocate
  • Trademe
  • Office

On the left side is the Publication and on the right the advertisements for each publication.


New Publication - Click on the New button

Make a Publication inactive - select the Publication and then the Edit button

Advertisements

Publication: Property Press - Advertisements for Property Press ;

  • 1/2 page
  • Cover page
  • 1/4 page

Publication: Inhouse - Advertisements for InHouse;

  • 100 color flyers
  • TV window
  • 300 DLE flyers

Publication: Digital Marketing - Advertisements Digital Marketing;

  • website feature listing
  • REA feature
  • Trademe standard
  • Trademe feature listing

Packages

A Package is a collection of Advertisements. Using Packages means users do not forget Advertisements for a Promotion.  

Adding a Package to your Promotion.

Using a Package makes creating your Promotion easy and you are less likely to miss adding an advertisement.

Example packages might be; 

  • Auction package
  • Sole Agency package
  • Gold marketing package



You can create any number of packages.

Publications & Advertisements are for all offices in your company


Note: When you add Advertisements to your package you have the option to change the Cost/Price
