People - Buyers

Open your People screen and select the Buyers checkbox
The Buyers checkbox is a short cut directly to your contacts that you have marked as Buyers
Buyer
Open and scroll down to the bottom and click on the Buyer - Prospect checkbox
Any contact in your database can be marked as a current Buyer
Buyer targets
As soon as you have marked a Contact as a buyer enter their requirements on the Target tab
- Price range
- Number of bedrooms
- Floor area
- Land area
- Listing types
- Location ( Regions, suburbs)
Match to properties
Click on the Match button to find any matching listings for this Buyer
Buyers can also be potential Tenants
