Fields

  • Listing updates: Incremental update every 2 hours
  • This website has the following compulsory fields for all listing types:
  • Street name is compulsory
  • Suburb is compulsory, suburb & postcode must match the official Australia Post suburb list
  • Price is compulsory for any type of listing. This is only used as an indicator, see Display Price
  • For Commercial Lease this is Rent otherwise it is Price / Low price field
  • Display Price is compulsory – This is always used for display rather than Price.
  • Advertising copy 65,535 characters
  •  A total of 35 images can be provided for each listing

Agent names in OSL Office must match what they have on record (Case sensitive) First name, Last name, Mobile & Business number including area code. Office details are maintain by realestate.com.au, not from OSL Office, not from OSL Office fields for specific listing types only.


Fields for specific listing types;


Residential listing;

  • Price / High price – This is always used as an Price indicator – never displayed
  • Display Price is compulsory – This is used for price display
  • Must have a Bathroom
  • Must have a Bedroom
  • Rental – Rent, Available From, Bathrooms value and Bedrooms value.


Commercial listing;

Commercial Listing Type (Sale OR Lease)

IF Sale OR Lease: Price / Low price – This is always used as an indicator

IF Lease: Rent

Display Price is compulsory – This is always used for display rather than Price


Suburbs: Suburb/State/Postcode combinations will be validated at upload time by Domain. If a suburb is not found in their location table the region and area cannot be set (postcode may be used to attempt a region/area match however searches that include suburbs will not find the property). Region and Area categorization is required due to the structure of the Domain search. Domain uses the Australia Post postcode locality database (www.auspost.com.au) as a starting point. All spellings need to concur with this list e.g. “Mount Pleasant” not “Mt Pleasant”.


  • Must be a registered Domain Agency.
  • Agent must have First name and Last name.
  • Image names must not contain ‘&’ or space characters.
  • Log into your Agent Admin on realestate.com.au and find your Agency ID
  • Enter your Agency ID into the OSL Office ID field
