This option is used to manage your listings on portal websites. Sometimes a website might get out of sync with your listings. You can use this screen to Add listings to a website or Remove listings or Refresh your listings on a website.

Select your website
The first step is to select the website that you want to work on.
On Internet
These are the listings already on this website.
Things that you can change
- Set as a feature listing
- Add or Remove from a website
- change how the listing Address is displayed
Most portal websites have the option to Show/Hide the listing address.
Refresh
Select your website then the listing's that you want to update and click on the Refresh button.
Add
Change the On Internet option to No, this means not on this website.
Select the listing's that you want to Add and click on the Add/Remove button
Now select Add and Save
Remove
Select the listing's that you want to Remove and click on the Add/Remove button
Now select Remove and Save
Listing status
This option allows you to see your Sold, Available or Available Rentals, this is useful if you want to bulk upload Sold listings to a portal website portal.
Notes
- A Listing will only be displayed if it meets the validation of the website that you are viewing. For Example if the website that you are viewing is a Commercial website then only Commercial listings will be displayed.
- Edit a Listing - When you want to Edit a listing click on the Listing ID to open the listing.
- Export - Use the Export button to get a listing xls file of the Listings on a website.
