Adding a link to your video
Open your Listing > Internet tab and select the tab called Video Links
Click on the New button and copy/paste your link into the URL box then save.
Then just to make sure that all the websites are updated click on the Internet tab and click on the Refresh button
External links are used to display media files for your listings
There are 3 types of external links
- Video
- Virtual tour – 3D tour – walkthrough
- External Link – URL
How to add a video link to your listing
- Open the Listing > Internet tab > External Links tab
- Click on the Add button to add an External link for your listing.
- Select the Video type option (no.1)
- Find the listing video on YouTube and copy the URL and Paste the URL address (no.2)
- Save
Your link should look like this;
i.e. https://www.youtube.com/embed/Video ID
Test your link by clicking on the eye button.
Videos
Not all websites support all types of videos - To make sure that your video is displayed correctly make sure your listing video in on Youtube

Notes
- Our listings exporter program (REA Multi) will export external links as; Video links under the node: videolink
- External links and Virtual Tours under the node: externalLink
- October 2018 – we have made it easier to add Youtube & Matterport links. Now you can copy and paste the URL of the Youtube video and we will take care of the correct formatting of the URL.
