Why collect your attendees

There are many reasons to record your open home attendees


  1. So you can report activity to your Vendor
  2. Best practice and professional
  3. Provide feedback to your Vendor, that's code for educate your Vendor about market expectations
  4. have an audit trail of who has visited the property
  5. and last but not least build your people database

How you can run an Open home

Use the Open Home tile to run your open home will allow you to quickly add your open home attendees to your database.

Easily send a follow up text message or email to your open home attendees.

It also protects your Vendor and yourself by having a strong list of who has attended their open home

  1. Paper registration form (2 options)
  2. Manually add your attendee
  3. Share a QR code
  4. Run in kiosk mode


Follow up 

Now that you have entered your visitor details you can follow up with either an email or a SMS message


The Open Home Follow up options are the same as the Listing Share button option 


Open Home Notes

  • Agents can only RUN OPEN HOMES for properties where they are an Agent on the listing
  • If an Agent wanting to RUN the open home is not an Agent on the listing, add the agent to the listing run the Open Home and afterwards remove the Agent
  • Remember that you must have an internet connection
  • If your Office has a Privacy policy entered there is an option to email copy of your office/company privacy statement.
