Moving Contacts

A Contact can only be attached to one Agent 

The Move function lets you move Contacts from one Agent to another Agent or to your office.


Most often used when an Agent leaves your company


Step 1 From Agent

Select you source agent

You can see the number of contacts after their name

Inactive Agents displayed Grey color


Step 2 Select the to Agent

Select the Agent that you want to move the contacts to.

If unsure you can move to be owned by the Office 


Click on the Go button 

Result 

What happens to Activities

When transferring an agent's contacts to another agent, any incomplete activities will also be reassigned to the new agent.
