There are 2 main reports under the sale print button
Sale Top Sheet
The Sale top Sheet report is a print out of the full Sales details.
The sale Top Sheet report is for management and is not intended to be made available outside the company.
When printed the proforma report will be saved to the Sale > Docs tab.
Proforma statement
Often solicitors may want to know how much they expect to receive or pay before a Sale is Released or Settles, this is what the Proforma statement is used for.
It also allows all parties to agree on the amounts before a Sale is released.
When printed the proforma report will be saved to the Sale > Docs tab.
Proforma statement - This report is often sent to a solicitor prior to the sale being Released.
Notes:
You can also Print a proforma statement for any other entity attached to a sale. Proforma means "a statement prepared in advance of a planned transaction", it is not a final statement of account but how if nothing else is to change the account will look.
