If your office is part of a real estate group using OSL Office then you can use the Shared Listing option.

The Group sharing option allows you to make a listing available to other offices within your real estate franchise group.

An Office within a real estate group might want to promote an Apartment development across the group.


Important : The listing that you Share is still owned/maintained by your office. An office that adds a Shared Listing to their office can only add Agents, market to their websites and Print Flyers & Window Cards. They cannot change the advertising copy, images, or the listing status.



How to share a Listing

Open your Listing > select the Send tab and select the Group Send button

To view the available shared listings open the listings page and select the Group Share checkbox.

Select the listing that you want to add to your office the Offices and click on the Add button

You now have a linked copy of this listing in your office.

You can add your own Agents and send the listing to your websites and create flyers /window cards.


Shared Listings - Any listings that you have Shared are shown with a Share label

Any Listings that you have added to your office from the Group listings are shown with the Group label.
