There is only one setting on the Company people tab

Important: This option effects how Contacts work for all users

Agents share Contacts

This is a setting that effects ALL Agent Live users in your company.

If you set Share people to Yes then all Agent Live users will share the one Contact/people database.

Contacts are still connected to one agent, but all Agents share all contacts

This option is not used often by Residential Sales offices. The most common use of this option is for Business Brokers sharing their people database.
