Email Header image
You can load an image into every email at the top of the email. Keep the image small perhaps a company logo 300 pixels wide
We recommend that you are careful about adding an email header image because; 1./ users will often not download images when reading their emails 2./ The email will be increased in size 3./ If you do add an image keep it small, because anywhere from 50% to 60 % of emails are open on mobile device

Click on the Edit button start by selecting the Auto-Create button Use the Auto-Create button to create a signature. You can then edit your signature afterwards
If you have loaded your social media links they will automictically be added to your signature as smart links
Signature Image
Use the Edit and Upload an image for your signature
This is a very popular option but remember that while a signature image looks good remember that its takes up more size, recipients will have to unblock images before they can see the image and it is difficult for recipients to cut or copy your contact details
Auto-Create button is disabled
The Auto-create button is disabled if you already have an email signature loaded . This is so that you do not accidentally remove your signature. To enable the Auto create button select all contents in the Email box and delete, Save and then edit again the Auto Create button will be enabled.
The Auto-Create button will be enabled when there is nothing in the email signature box
