Change a Listing status
To change the status, Click on the Edit button beside the listing status label.
Listing Status
Changing a Listing status to Conditional will create a Sale for your listing.
Understanding the Listing status, Listings are color coded to indicate the Listing status.
| Status | Description |
Residential Listings | |
 | Listing is not Available will not be sent to any websites or Agents. |
 | A Listing is on the market. |
 | A Conditional Listing is Under Contract (still on the Market) |
 | |
 | Withdrawn from market. |
Commercial Listings | |
 | A Listing is on the market. |
 | Means there is a contract on the Property. To lease or to Sell. |
 | Commercial property has been Sold |
 | The property has been Leased |
 | Commercial Status - Not Available but also not Withdrawn |
 | Withdrawn from market. |
Rental Listings | |
 | A Rental property |
 | Used when you are managing the Rental property. |
 | Used when you are managing the Rental property. |
Filter Listings by status - You can filter which listings by selecting the listing status checkbox.

- Changing a Listing status to Conditional automatically creates a Sale for your Listing more...
- Most companies do not allow Agents to change a Listing’s status - Settings > Company > Listings tab.
- Delete X Only Pending Listings can be Deleted
