How to Copy a Listing

Use the Copy button to create a New listing from a listing in OSL Office.

You want to enter new listings for a development and each listing is very similar. e.g Lots

You want to re list a Withdrawn or previously Sold listing.

Select

Find and select the Listing that you want to copy

Tools button

and click on the Tools  button

Copy Button

and then click on the Copy  button.

A new Pending Listing will be created.

Notes 

• The Vendor will be copied, and listing advertising copy and listing images
• Any Auction/Tender/Deadline Date /Time are Not copied.
• Agency from and Date listed for the new listing are set to the current day.
• Open homes are Not copied.
