Create professional flyers and brochures quickly and easily using the Flyer wizard.
Click on the Flyer menu Marketing > Flyers
You can also access Flyers from within a Listing, select the Flyers button

When you create a Flyer follow each of these steps in the Flyer wizard;
- Select a Template
- Options including info sheet
- Adding Labels
- Select your Images
- Advertising copy
- Page 2 Info sheet
Step 1 Select your template
On Step 1 select your Template and your Listing (if you haven’t already)
Select your Listing - Open your Listing and select the Flyers button or select your listing by typing the first 3 characters of your listing.
Select your Template
The flyer templates are in 4 sections for the style of your flyer;
- Portrait - A4 flyers
- Landscape - A4 flyers
- Info sheet - Listing details
- DLE – These print 3 up on a single side of an A4
You can click and drag the splitter left or right to give yourself more screen space.
Step 2 Options
Print Info Sheet
Select the Print Info Sheet checkbox to add a second or 'back page' property details section to your flyer
To turn ON the Info sheet option to print a second page for your flyer. The Info Sheet option is often used for Open Home flyers. If you turn on the Info Sheet option you will see another step 6 in the flyer wizard.
2 Column layout
This option changes the layout of the advertising copy section on your flyer to two columns.
Header
These options turn OFF /ON the header image for your flyer
- No header banner image
- Show header banner image
- Replace header banner with Address & Price
Font - Select your Font
Be careful when changing your Font for your flyer make sure that you us the Preview button
Address
This option lets you change the background color and font for the Address line
Click on the Font color to select the color
Use the hex color option if you want to use a HTML #
Footer
Use the Show Flyer footer banner checkbox to print
Print Quality
Print quality – Screen or Printer
When you select Printer the option the file will be a much larger file size so that you can use a higher resolution printer.
Step 3 Labels
You can enhance your brochure or flyer by adding a labels and stickers.
Commercial users can send either the Display Price with the Nett lease amount + sqm and Lease OPEX
Display Address - you can choose to display the listing address that you want.
Price Display - Allows you to change the listing price display box for your flyer.
Change your Agents - Flyers have a maximum of two agents
The Agent's details printed on your Flyers comes from the Agents profile > Printing tab
Print QR Code
The QR Code will generate a QR code on your flyer that will link anyone reading the QR code back to the listing on your OSL website.
Open Home Times
Choose to display Open Home times on your flyer
Property icons
Display the property feature icons on your flyer
Sticker
You can choose from the labels in the drop down
Select the label that you want to show on your Flyer then select the Font Size that you want
Increasing the size of the Font will increase the size of the label
Sticker color
Background color for your label.
Custom text - Select the label Custom and you can create your own text label.
The Font color on the Sticker is always white
Custom Company Labels
If your real estate group has custom labels they will appear in this drop down.
Step 4 Images
Select the images that you want to use for your flyer.
By default the first images are already selected for your flyer.
If your template flyer has two images then the first two will be selected.
To change the images for your flyer click and drag and drop the images that you want to be on your flyer.
Crop to fit
Most times you will use the Crop to fit option - this will increase or reduce the image size to completly fill the imade box
Private images can be used on your flyers
Step 5 Adcopy
On Step 5 select your advertising copy for your flyer.
Headline
Click in the listing headline box to edit the headline text
Advertising copy
The Adcopy displayed is from your Listing - Adcopy Flyers option.
If you need to make changes to the advertising copy for your flyer, make them here.
Any changes that you make to the advertising copy for your flyer will NOT not be saved back to the listing
Step 6 Info Sheet
The property Information Sheet option is usually used on the 2 nd page of your flyer. Printing an Information sheet page on the back of your flyer
To turn on the Info sheet option click on the Print Info Sheet checkbox on the Step 2 Options tab
The Info sheet will display more Listing information and is usually Printed onto the back of your flyer
Show Address Map Link
Use this option to display a link to Google maps on your flyer.
There are four info Sheet layout options to choose from.
Select the images that you want to display on your Info sheet.
The info sheet option is not available for the DLE & Landscape flyers.
Preview your flyer
Click on the preview button to preview your flyer at any time.
Notes. Brochures and flyers use the banner images from the Office settings > Printing tab. Make sure that you have loaded Print banner header and footer images.

If your flyer is more than 1 page use the <> buttons to view the second page of your flyer. (multi page flyers)
Save & Finish button
To Save your flyer against the listing click on the Save and Finish button, this will save the Flyer onto the Listing > Docs tab.
If you use the download button the flyer will be saved to your device.
Download your brochure
Click on the Download button to Save your Flyer to your local PC, this option will NOT save your Flyer to the Listing Docs tab
